Biography: Mr. Wilkie

My name is Mr. Wilkie and I am a Math Instructional Coach at Strong Middle School and Allendale Elementary.  I currently work with the math teachers in Grades 5th-8th. 

 

I have transitioned from a classroom teacher of 20 plus years to my new position as Math Instructional Coach.  My classroom experience in multiple grade levels has helped me make the transition to Instructional Coach.  I work with the teachers on lesson plan design and implementation, where I help them keep up with "best practices" in mathematical instruction.  

 

I look forward to continued success and growth for our staff and students at Melvindale Schools.
