Mrs. Kujat, School Social Worker

Hello students and families! Welcome to Strong Middle School. I am the 7th and 8th grade School Social Worker. This is my 17th year working in the Melvindale-Northern Allen Park school district and my 20th year as a School Social Worker. I graduated in 1997 with my Bachelors in Science at Eastern Michigan University, and received my Masters in Social Work in 2000 from the University of Michigan. 

 

 I provide counseling to students, focusing on tracking and improving their emotional well being, social skills, and academic skills. It is always a pleasure to watch students learn new skills and improve their mental health. 

 

This school year will look very different for all of us, but we will get through this together.  I am excited to start this new school year with our awesome students and the most caring staff I know.
