Mrs. Marianne Watson

Hello!  I have been a  MELVINDALE teacher since 1996!  This year I am very fortunate to be able to work with students at both Strong Middle School and  Melvindale High School.  I love being at both buildings with their AMAZING staff and students.

 

I graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education K-5 and Special Education K-12.  I also have a master's degree in Educational Leadership and a master's degree in Literacy and Reading.  Over the years I have taught Special Education along with second and third grade. I have truly enjoyed working with students and families. 

 

My husband is a math teacher and we both enjoy traveling and doing projects around the house.  We have two boys who love playing sports, video games, and exploring new places!  We also have two cats, Jasper and Juniper, that we rescued from the animal shelter.

 

I am excited to begin this unique school year together with YOU!  Together we will have a GREAT year!
