I'm so glad you are here. I started teaching at Strong Middle School in 2001 right after graduating from Eastern Michigan University. I started as a science major and am thrilled to be returning to 6th grade science this school year after teaching a variety of subjects and grade levels over the years. I have teaching experience in early childhood, elementary, middle school, special education, and college-aged students through online classes at Western Michigan University, where both of my children attend currently. Go Broncos (unless they play Eastern, then Go Eagles)!
 
In my free time, I love to travel and explore new places with my family. You will ALWAYS find me rock hunting along any coast line. I also love to relax with a good book. I enjoy meeting new people and I can't wait to meet YOU. We're going to have a wonderful year together!
