I have great news to share!
With the support of Western Wayne Family Health Centers, we are able to offer Flu Vaccines and COVID Testing to our School District and the Melvindale-Northern Allen Park Community!
For flu shots, ID required for adults and preferred for students if available. Parents must be present for children to receive a Flu Vaccine/COVID Test.
Insurance card required for COVID testing. Insurance is billed; however, there is no additional charge to anyone for a test (even if you don't have insurance). Flu shots and COVID tests are “NO CHARGE” to the recipient.
