CO: SWBAT design and create a virtual ofrenda to celebrate the Hispanic cultural tradition of Dia de los Muertos
LO: SWBAT create a virtual ofrenda by stating their name, who the ofrenda is for, and other describing details about the ofrenda to honor a loved one.

After we complete the movie McFarland USA please complete this google form to answer questions about Hispanic heritage in the United States.

This is a mini-review of our most recent vocabulary. Please be sure to complete this so I know that you have a good understanding of our greetings and goodbyes before moving on to our next unit.

You will create a 6 panel comic strip! Create a comic strip to exemplify what you have been learning about greetings in Spanish. You must have 6 squares with images and our new vocabulary to simulate a conversation between two Spanish speakers. Further instructions are in the Google Slides.

Read through your seventh grade syllabus to see what we will be learning this year! Pay special attention to our "classroom" and grading expectations. Once you finish reading please write your name at the bottom in RED. I can't wait to see you all soon!
