Follow these instructions to build your Pumpkin. If you create it correctly, we will be printing these during class on Thursday. Below is the instructions in words and attached is a Youtube video if you get stuck.
PUMPKIN DIRECTIONS:
1. Open up a new TinkerCAD design
2. Rotate Work plane to look like a diamond shape
3. Select characters from the right drop down menu
4. Select the Egg shape
5. Hold down shift button and use the arrow on the top right side of the egg to rotate -90 degrees to the LEFT. The pointy side of the egg should be pointing to the back left of your screen,
6. Reset the work plane by clicking the home button
7. Select the egg by clicking on it
8. Duplicate the egg by holding down control and the letter D on your keyboard.
9. Hold down shift button and find the arrow buttons on your keyboard.
10. Rotate the new egg to the LEFT 45 degrees.
11. Push the LEFT arrow button on keyboard 10 TIMES.
12. Push the UP arrow 5 TIMES.
13. Hold down control button and the Letter D on your keyboard to create 6 more shapes until you have a completed pumpkin.
14. Select all shapes (8 shapes) by left clicking on your mouse and dragging the red box over all 8 shapes.
15. Then, group them together by clicking the "Group" button above the shapes menu.
16. Change the color of pumpkin to Orange
17. Click on the Basic Shapes drop down menu.
18. Select the PARABALIOD shape and drag it onto the work plane.
19. Click on the Paraboloid and use the arrows above the shape to rotate it 180 degrees (turn it in the upside down position). You can also use the Mirror tool above the basic shapes menu.
20. Drag and drop upside down Paraboloid onto the top center of the pumpkin (this is the stem)
21. Select the whole pumpkin again and select the align tool (upper right side of screen above the shapes menu). Then, use center black dots surrounding pumpkin to align the stem to the exact center of pumpkin.
22. Click on the Paraboloid and change the color to brown
23. Shrink the Stem by lowering it using the black arrow above the shape
24. Select both the pumpkin and the stem by left clicking on your mouse and dragging the red box over both shapes.
25. Then press the GROUP button again
26. This will change both the stem and the pumpkin to the same color
27. Click on the shape color and then click on multicolor. This will allow both stem and pumpkin to be different colors.
28. Drop the pumpkin onto the the work plane by pressing the Letter D on your keyboard.
29. Resize pumpkin if you wish
30. Rename your design on upper left corner of screen like this: Last Name, First Name, Period #

If you do not rename your project correctly YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PRINT
31. Lastly, download your project as an OBJ file onto your desktop, rename it to Last Name, First Name, Period # and upload it to this assignment on Google Classroom so I can print it.
