To highlight on the text images, follow these steps.
1. Copy the image of the text.
2. At the top left, Click Insert>Drawing>New
3. Paste the image onto the Drawing Pop-Up
4. Click Shapes>Rectangle
5. Drag the rectangle over the text you want to highlight.
6. Click on the paint can (Fill Color) and select Transparent
7. Click the pen (Border Color) next to the paint can and choose light green for the cause, and yellow for the effect.
