Howdy, and welcome to Strong Middle School!!!

     It is such a pleasure to be part of the Social Studies Department and to be teaching World Geography and Current Events! I am looking forward to engaging students in our ever-changing world!!!

     I am a graduate of Melvindale High School and a proud member of the CARDINAL family! From there, I became a Spartan from Michigan State University and, after that, an Eagle from Eastern Michigan University. I also have an educational technology degree from Walden University.

     My husband, three children, three dogs, five cats, and I live on a farm southwest of Melvindale. In my spare time, I like to do a lot of outdoor activities like camping, boating, hiking, biking, fishing, and swimming! My indoor activities include baking and watching old movies!  My family and I love to travel too!

     I am really looking forward to a wonderful school year!!!
